I am in the process of setting up this newsletter, so for now, this initial email and one other is all I have for you. But soon, there will be more!
1. These newsletters will always offer something useful or inspiring.
2. There will be offers to purchase my services from time to time, but I will never be pushy. I will always be as open and transparent in my sales as I can.
3. I will never spam your inbox.
4. I'm dedicated to being honest, ethical, and to sharing information that I believe is helpful for my readers. If I ever step over a line or accidentally share misinformation, please let me know. I am ever learning and growing, as we all are, so honest, constructive feedback is always appreciated!
5. If you love the work that I am putting out into the world, please, share it with others. In many ways, my success relies on you and my other community members, which is a bit scary to be honest! As a single parent who is the sole provider to their children, I have a lot at stake here, but I believe heartily in what I am doing and I have faith that those I touch with this work will find the help, healing, and nourishment that they crave. So, if you do take that extra bit of time to share my work with your network, I offer you my deepest gratitude.
Thanks again for joining the Terra Nova Somatic Arts community! I appreciate you and your support!
Warmly,
Nova

Go ahead and join me in giving yourself a pat on your back for whatever things (whether tiny or massive) you accomplished last month. Remember, life is often very haaaaaard! So, sometimes the most insignificant wins are what we need to celebrate to keep ourselves going. One of my wins is continuing to...
J. Nova Gump, LMT Terra Nova Somatic Arts March 4th Emerging into Yourself - Musings on Rilke's Call to Live into the Questions ↓ Dear Friend, Hey there! Did you know that I have a blog? I have just a few pieces up, but there is more coming soon! Recently, I posted an exploration prompted by this quote by the poet and writer Rainer Maria Rilke: “Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written...
